Pascal Moser is a native of Lower Austria and has also successfully held a number of professional roles: Food & Beverage Supervisor InterContinental Hotels, bar management and operations on cruises (AIDA) and in the hotel industry (InterContinental). He is also a qualified barkeeper and sommelier with practical experience.
